CSASS pops up for North West Sexual Violence Awareness Week

North West Sexual Violence Awareness Week 2022 takes place from 3-10^th November

“pop-up” stands at University of Chester Campuses will be appearing through the week.

As part of North West Sexual Violence Awareness Week, CSASS are working with RASASC and the University of Chester to offer information about the services available locally for survivors. Visitors will also be invited to sign a pledge.   

CSASS volunteers, who are also students from the university, will be at the stands at Wheeler, Kingsway, Queen’s Park and Exton Park campuses. They will ask students and staff to give their pledge:

“I pledge to believe and listen to anyone who discloses to me

and I will signpost them to RASASC or CSASS”

Volunteers will also be raising awareness about the causes and impact of sexual violence and how to signpost to the local services.
