Get immediate support by calling The Samaritans, available to help 24/7 on 116123. The Rape Crisis helpline is open at certain times every day, on 0808 200 0247.
Talk to someone – our support line is usually open every Monday and Wednesday from 6pm – 8pm. Call our friendly team on 0808 284 0484. Alternatively try LiveChat during those hours – click on the tab visible in the bottom of your screen.
Arrange counselling – click here for counselling (this is usually the quickest and easiest route). If this isn’t possible, call during office hours on 01244 307 499 and we can help. Also call for information about volunteering or other activities. You can text 07583 879 464 if speaking on the phone is a real barrier.
