We’d love to hear from you! Whether you’re a recent counselling client, you’ve called the supportline, attended training, met us at an event, or browsed the website.  However you’ve encountered us, we want to know how we’ve helped, and how we can do better. 


This information helps us

  • improve our services
  • report back to our funders and supporters
  • raise more money for the future
  • reach and reassure new clients and survivors

Counselling clients:

If you’ve recently finished counselling with us but haven’t completed the ‘After’ Questionnaire, then you can download it here. Please return to suzanne@csass.org.uk, or pop it into the office. We’ll need to know this form comes from you (so we can connect it to your counselling records), but the information will only be used anonymously.
